What is the Chastain Park Home & Garden Tour?

A self-guided showcase of beautiful homes and gardens throughout Chastain Park, celebrating our neighborhood, fostering community, and supporting the Chastain Park Conservancy’s mission to keep the park clean, safe, and green.

Where are the homes located?

A selection of Chastain Park homes will be featured. Addresses will be released a few days before the event.

What type of tour is it?

A self-guided, self-paced walking tour. Terrain may be uneven or steep, so comfortable shoes are recommended.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are $50.00 each.

Do you offer children’s tickets?

No. Children 5 and under are free.

How do I purchase tickets?

Buy tickets online through the website or at any participating home on tour day.

Can I purchase tickets the day of the event?

Yes—online sales remain open through tour day. You will also be able to purchase tickets at any of the homes.

Where do I start the tour?

Anywhere. You may begin at any home and move at your own pace.

Do I need to check in?

No formal check-in. You’ll receive a wristband at the first home you visit.

What are the tour hours?

May 2, 2026 — 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Is transportation provided?

No transportation is provided. The tour is walkable and self-guided.

Where do I park?

Street parking is available near each home. 

Do I have to visit homes in a specific order or with a group?

No. Choose your own route. Volunteers will be inside each home to share key features and answer questions.

How do I become a sponsor?
